StephenBainesMAVetMBPhDCertVRCertSASDipECVSMRCVSRCVSandEuropeanSpecialistinSmallAnimalSurgeryStephenqualifiedfromCambridgeUniversityin1990.HeheldaninternshipatNorthCarolinaStateUniversityandthenspentayearingeneralpracticebeforetakinguparesidencyinsmallanimalsurgeryattheUniversityofLiverpool.In2000hecompletedaPhDincaninetumourbiologyatCambridge,whereheremainedasalecturer.In2004hemovedtotheRoyalVeterinaryCollege,becomingaseniorlecturerandheadofsurgery.StephenmovedtohiscurrentpositionattheWillowsVeterinaryCentrein2011.Stephenisinterestedinclinicaloncology,woundmanagementandreconstructivesurgery,andminimallyinvasivesurgery.VickyLipscombMAVetMBCertSASFHEADipECVSMRCVSEuropeanSpecialistinSmallAnimalSurgeryVickygraduatedfromCambridgeUniversityin1996andhasspenttimeinbothgeneralandreferralpractice.VickycompletedherspecialistsurgicaltrainingattheRoyalVeterinaryCollegein2001,gainingtheEuropeanDiplomainSmallAnimalSurgeryin2002.VickyreturnedtotheRVCasalecturerin2003,becomingaseniorlecturerandheadofsofttissuesurgeryin2011.Vickyisinterestedinallaspectsofsofttissuesurgery,enjoysteachingandlecturingonsofttissuesurgerytopics,andhasaparticularinterestinclinicalresearchofcongenitalportosystemicshunts.TimHutchinsonBVScCertSASMRCVSTimgraduatedfromtheUniversityofLiverpoolin1994andhasworkedinprivatepracticeeversince.Timgainedhiscertificateinsofttissuesurgeryin2002.Since1998TimhasworkedatLarkmeadVeterinaryGroupinSouthOxfordshire,amemberofXLVets-agroupofindependentpractices,withanationwidefootprint,cooperatingtoprovide‘ExcellenceinPractice'.Timcurrentlydivideshistimebetweenreferralsurgicalworkandamanagingpartnerrole.
