作者简介

MilDeKooning(1955)isaFullProfessorwiththeDepartmentofArchitecture&UrbanPlanningatGhentUniversity(UGent).HeobtainedhisdoctoraldegreewithathesisonWillyVanDerMeeren,hasauthoredarticlesandbooksonarchitectureanddesign,andhascuratedexhibitionsinBelgiumandabroad.Heisthefounder(1984)andeditor-in-chiefofthemonographicseries'Vlees&Beton'.ChristopheVanGerrewey(1982)isagraduateinArchitecture(UGent)andLiterature(KULeuven).HehasbeengrantedaPhDfellowshipbytheResearchFoundation-Flanders(FWO)andispreparingadoctoralthesisonpost-wararchitecturalcriticismwiththeDepartmentofArchitecture&UrbanPlanningatUGent.HehaseditedthecollectedessaysofGeertBekaert,andpublishesonarchitecture,literatureandart.
