作者简介

傅莹于1978年加入中国外交部。先后任外交部政策规划司司长、亚洲司司长。她还曾担任中国驻菲律宾、澳大利亚和英国大使。2009—2013年，她先后被任命为负责欧洲和亚洲事务的外交部副部长。2013—2017年，她担任中国第十二届全国人民代表大会外事委员会主席、第一届至第五届全国人民代表大会发言人。傅莹现任中国第十三届全国人民代表大会外事委员会副委员长。她还担任清华大学国际安全与战略中心(CISS)主任。FuYingjoinedChina'sforeignservicein1978.SheservedsuccessivelyasDirectorofPolicyPlanningandDirectorGeneralofAsianDepartmentoftheMinistryofForeignAffairs.ShealsoservedasChina'sAmbassadortothePhilippines,AustraliaandtheUnitedKingdom.From2009to2013,shewasappointedasViceMinisterofForeignAffairsforEuropeanaffairsandthenAsianAffairs.From2013to2017,shewasChairpersonoftheForeignAffairsCommitteeandthespokespersonforthe1stto5thsessionsofChina's12thNationalPeople'sCongress.FuYingisnowViceChairpersonoftheForeignAffairsCommitteeofChina's13thNationalPeople'sCongress.SheisalsochairingtheCenterforInternationalSecurityandStrategy(CISS),TsinghuaUniversity.
