EricBoschmaniswellknowninBelgiumasawineexpertandwriterongastronomy;heregularlyappearsonradioandtelevisionandhaspublishednumerousarticlesinthepress.Histasteforauthenticfoodanddrinkwasformedinchildhood,astheson(andgrandson)ofrestaurateursintheprovinceofHainaut,andwasfurthershapedbyadeepadmirationandnostalgiaforthecookingofhisgrandmother'sgeneration.Havingworkedinandthenownedaseriesofrestaurants,hefoundedLaFood&WineAcademy(FAWA)in2003.Heistheauthorofanumberofbooksonfoodandwine,includingVignoblesdeBelgique(VineyardsofBelgium,Racine,2009).LeGoutdesBelges,whichfirstappearedin2006,waspublishedinarevisededitionin2012.NatalieDernycombinesherpassionforwritingaboutgastronomywithherlifeasanavidequestrianandherprofessionasagynaecologist.FormerlyacontributingeditorofthegastronomicencyclopaediaLeMondeaTable,shealsohasawebsitealteregothatoperatesasanot-so-secretundercoverreviewercalledAgent53.,,,
