Withthedevelopmentsofinformationtechnology,greatimportancehasbeenincreasinglyattachedtoeducationwithassistanceoftechnology.AccordingtoOutlineoftheNationalMedium-andLong-TermEducationReformandDe-velopmentPlan(2010~2020)andotherpolicies,Chinaarepushingforwardtheeducationreformininformationerabyseriesofmeasures.Itisempha-sizedthattheinternationalhigh-qualitydigitalteachingresources.shouldbeusedforeducationandweshouldstrengtheninformationtechnologyapplica-tions,improveteachers'applicationabilityofinformationtechnology,updateteachers'teachingconcepts,andimprovetheteachingmethodstoachievebetterteachingresults.Meanwhile,newrequirementshavebeenputforwardfortheeducationandteachingincollegesanduniversities.Withrisinginterestinsecondlanguageacquisitionwiththeassistanceoftechnology,therehasbeenanincreaseinthenumberofstudiesonsecondlanguageteachingandlearninginthebackgroundofinf'ormationage.Somefrontierscholarshavemadealotofrelevantresearches.Inthisstudy,theauthoralsoappliedtheoriestopracticalteachingandcamedouttheweb-basedcollageEnglishteachingpracticewiththeguidanceoftheoryofteach-ingandevaluation.InChapter1,thepolicybackgroundoftheresearchisanalyzedincludingnationalpolicy,educationaltechnologydevelopmentanclstudents'needsoncollegeEnglishteachingandevaluation,andtheprocessof'researchisshown.InChapter2,thetheoriesandresearchesonEnglishteachingandassessmentarereviewed,suchasconnectivism,self-learningtheory,blendedlearningtheoryandsoon.InChapter3,theweb-basedteachingandevaluationonintegratedEnglishcoursearestudiecdFromChapter4to7,basedonthewash-backeffects,skilltrainingswithtechno-logicalassistance,ineludinglistening,speaking,readingandwriting,isseparatelystudied.
