基于网络的大学英语教学与测评研究

Withthedevelopmentsofinformationtechnology，greatimportancehasbeenincreasinglyattachedtoeducationwithassistanceoftechnology.AccordingtoOutlineoftheNationalMedium-andLong-TermEducationReformandDe-velopmentPlan（2010~2020）andotherpolicies，Chinaarepushingforwardtheeducationreformininformationerabyseriesofmeasures.Itisempha-sizedthattheinternationalhigh-qualitydigitalteachingresources.shouldbeusedforeducationandweshouldstrengtheninformationtechnologyapplica-tions，improveteachers'applicationabilityofinformationtechnology，updateteachers'teachingconcepts，andimprovetheteachingmethodstoachievebetterteachingresults.Meanwhile，newrequirementshavebeenputforwardfortheeducationandteachingincollegesanduniversities.Withrisinginterestinsecondlanguageacquisitionwiththeassistanceoftechnology，therehasbeenanincreaseinthenumberofstudiesonsecondlanguageteachingandlearninginthebackgroundofinf'ormationage.Somefrontierscholarshavemadealotofrelevantresearches.Inthisstudy，theauthoralsoappliedtheoriestopracticalteachingandcamedouttheweb-basedcollageEnglishteachingpracticewiththeguidanceoftheoryofteach-ingandevaluation.InChapter1，thepolicybackgroundoftheresearchisanalyzedincludingnationalpolicy，educationaltechnologydevelopmentanclstudents'needsoncollegeEnglishteachingandevaluation，andtheprocessof'researchisshown.InChapter2，thetheoriesandresearchesonEnglishteachingandassessmentarereviewed，suchasconnectivism，self-learningtheory，blendedlearningtheoryandsoon.InChapter3，theweb-basedteachingandevaluationonintegratedEnglishcoursearestudiecdFromChapter4to7，basedonthewash-backeffects，skilltrainingswithtechno-logicalassistance，ineludinglistening，speaking，readingandwriting，isseparatelystudied.
