RenbiaoWuisTianjinProfessorandtheDirectoroftheTianjinKeyLabforAdvancedSignalProcessingatCivilAviationUniversityofChina.HereceivedhisB.Sc.andM.Sc.inElectricalEngineeringfromNorthwestPolytechnicUniversityin1988and1991，respectively，andhisPh.D.inElectricalEngineeringfromXidianUniversityin1994.HeworkedintheImperialCollegeofLondon，theUniversityofFlorida，andVirginiaTechasaDistinguishedResearchScholar，VisitingProfessor，andPostdoctoralFellowfor5years.Hisresearchinterestsincludeadaptivearraysignalprocessingandspectralestimation，especiallyinregardstotheirapplicationsinGNSSandradar.Hehaspublishedover300peer-reviewedpapers，morethantenbooksandbookchapters.HewastherecipientoftheChineseNationalOutstandingYoungInvestigatorAwardin2003.QiongqiongJiaisanAssociateProfessoroftheTianjinKeyLabforAdvancedSignalProcessingattheCivilAviationUniversityofChina.ShereceivedherB.Sc.andM.Sc.fromtheCivilAviationUruversityofChinain2008and2011，respectively，andherspecializedmasterdegreeinnavigationengineeringfromENACinFrancein2015.HerresearchinterestsincludeadaptivearraysignalprocessingandspectralestimationregardingtheirapplicationstoGNSS.Shehaspublishedabout20papers，andco-authored3monographsand2bookchapters.LeiYangiscurrentlyanAssociateProfessorofTianjinKeyLabforAdvancedSignalProcessingatCivilAviationUniversityofChina.HereceivedhisB.Sc.andPh.D.degreesallfromXidianUniversity，Xi'an，China，inElectronicalEngineering，respectively.HehasworkedatSchoolofElectricalandElectronicEngineeringofNanyangTechnologyUniversity（NTU），SingaporeandTemasekLab@NTU，Singapore，asafull-time（Postdoctoral）ResearchFellowandResearchScientist，respectively，for4years.Hisresearchinterestsincluderadarimagingforstationarysceneandmovingtargets.Hehaspublishedover40academicpapersthatareallindexedbySCIandEIdatabase.HeisnowwiththeRecruitmentProgrammeofGlobalExperts（theThousandYoungTalentsPlan）ofTianjin，China.QingFengisaLectureroftheTianjinKeyLabforAdvancedSignalProcessingattheCivilAviationUniversityofChina.ShereceivedherM.Sc.fromtheCivilAviationUniversityofChinain2005.Herresearchinterestsincludeadaptivearraysignalpro-cessingandspectralestimation，especiallyinregardstotheirapplicationsinradar.Shehaspublished8papersandco-authoredtwobooks.
