TheJinshawasdiscoveredinearly2001inthenorthwesternsuburbfoChengduCity.Afterfouryearsofexcavations,wenowhaveageneralideaaboutthenature,theareaofrelicsdistributionandtheculturalcontertofthesite.Weintendotpresentageneralpictureofthesiteinthispublication,totellourreadersaboutthesitesgeographicallocation,thedistributionoftherelics,majordeposits,andmajorartifactsthathavebeenunearthed.Astheexcavationofthesiteisstillgoingonandlotsofunearthedrelicsarebeingsorted,wehavenotyetmadeanin-depthstudyofmanymaterials.Ourexpositionofthesiteanditsartifactshasjustbegun,andwewelcomesuggestionsfromourreadersonanythingthatneedsimprovement.Withnewfindingsfromon-goingexcavationsandfurtherstudies,wearesurewecanpresentbetterworksonthesitetoourreadersinthefuture.
