RobertCapawasborninBudapestin1913.Attwenty-twohetraveledtoSpaintophotographtheSpanishCivilWarandsoonestablishedareputationasoneofthegreatestwarphotojournalistsinhistory.OnMay25,1954,inFrenchIndochina,CapawasthefirstAmericanphotographertodieinwhatwouldbecometheVietnamWar.CornellCapaisRobertCapa'syoungerbrother.Adistinguishedphotojournalist,hefoundedtheInternationalCenterofPhotographyinNewYorkCityin1974.
